Silly Cells.

Statue (Don't Mind Me Cell): Standing still for 10 seconds creates an AOE with 30% Dmg, effect lost when hit or moving.

Martyr (I'm Helping Cell): When you're downed, you gain an AOE with 25% Atk Speed, effect lost when revived.

Opportunist (Almost There Cell): Gain 10% Dmg every 10 seconds you're not attacking, stacks lost/spent when attacking.

(Stacks start building after contact with behe)

Elemental: Lose 15% attack speed. Elemental status effects last 30% longer.

Elemental (other idea): Double elemental status dmg.

Minimalist: Gain 8% dmg for every empty item slot.

Numb: Gain 15% dmg for every status effect on you (burning, chilled, shocked, etc.)

Danger Close: The farther away you are, the more damage your grenades do.

Macho: Every 15 hits you get a stack of sturdy, stacks after the first add dmg reduction to sturdy stack. All removed when hit.

Friendly: Lose 25% dmg, every hit gives 1% dmg to all slayers up to 25%, stacks lost when hit or time.

Injection: Reviving allies gives them 20% dmg and speed for 20 seconds

Stubborn: Gain 15% dmg for every piece of recruit gear you have on.

Famine: No benefits from items, pots, or revives, behemoth moves 25% slower near you.

Pit of Sadness: Allies cannot see you and behe cannot aggro you. You cannot use chat.

Pawn: Can only move straight ahead, allies must hit you to turn you by 90 degrees. 75% dmg increase.

Frankenstein: Reviving allies the first time gives them double damage but only 25% movement speed.

Nuisance: Moves HUD to center of all slayer's screens, gives you 50% dmg.

True Sport: Each compliment in the chat (during the hunt) gives you 8% dmg.

Poor Sport: Every insult in the chat (during the hunt) gives you 20% dmg but takes away 10% attack and movement speed.

Silly Mods. (and specials I guess)

Personal Space (Hammer): Your attacks convert 50% of dmg into stagger damage, but your attacks interrupt other players. (Interrupting players is noted by an upset grunt)

Metal Slug (Repeaters): Your special fires two solid slugs that can do up to 500 stagger dmg each.

Over Easy (Axe): You special turns your axe sideways, your next hit flips the behe on it's side. (Sizzling sound when behe hits ground)

Mortar (War Pike): Your projectile is now affected by gravity and gains dmg for the amount of time it's airborne. (Whistling sounds included)

Trapper (Repeaters): Throw a mine that, when aether charged, has a 50% chance to apply your elemental status effect.

Boxing Gloves (Hammer): All damage is converted to stagger dmg. ("Ding ding ding" sound added to successful staggers)

Omaewa (Chainblades): Using Pips loses aggro from behe for 5 seconds, next attack does 200% dmg.

(Oh Black Betty) Ambulance (Sword): Special dash is tripled toward downed ally. (Flashing red lights above your head to show you're the healer)

This was inspired by the feedback thread we have currently. If you see a cell on here similar to one of your own ideas, I made these up.
