In terms of feedback I could see an interview style working a bit better, I liked the video but the slightly long pauses to show the questions kind of throws off the flow a little bit. Personally I'd love to see a diary that showed off all the work that must go into making one of these Behemoths, as they really are the stars of the show.

Your first video is great! Although I would have preferred if it was done in the studio rather than being done at their own personal time. The video and sound quality varies from person to person so consistency would be appreciated. Perhaps take no more than hour to answer everything inside your studio and have one, two, or three people on the couch answering questions with little cuts in between just like an interview style (which is what you suggested).
