Idk why but on screen it says "x" is accept but its actually "o" and the worst part is that "x" does jacksh*t so when i go into loadout or quest guide i just get softlocked into that screen since theres no way to back out....Any suggestions please....

Not gonna lie i dont know how.... All i can say is that "o" on the controller is accept/ok and "x" does nothing. Meaning i have no way to exit certain screens because i have no deny/no button

Would you by chance have your PS4 set to asian controls?

Ya, best I can figure out atm is that you are playing on a PS4 from maybe Japan, where the input scheme is inverted. I think you might be able to toggle that off in your PS4 settings somewhere. We have an issue logged and are looking at ways to figure it out on our end too for a future patch. Thx again for the help :)

Gotcha, ya - Asia PS4 slipped through the cracks, we'll start workin' on a solve, but it's actually a fairly complex fix to craft.
Welp bad news. Found out how to toggle the controls, it didn't work and im still getting stuck :<

Close, not quite fully settled. It was a surprisingly complicated puzzle actually.
