[2019] Did 1.0.2 Patch increase Performance on PS4 Pro?

I have PC and PS4 Pro... And I can tell you I can feel that performance increase on the PC hitting over 144 fps easy... I haven't tried it on the PS4 yet cuz the tv is being used, but has anyone notice any performance increase on the PS4 Pro or consoles in general as far as FPS goes?

This patch will have raised performance across the board by about 20-30%!
