[2019] Huge nerf to bounty token in the next hunt pass (more than 50%).

After the stream we know that the hunt pass will give 29 (5+5+3+3+3+2+2+2+2+2) token instead of 65 (10+10+8+8+8+8+8+5).

Prepare to have way less token next season.

PS : I am only speaking of normal token, not about 10 premium which become only 5.
