External link →This is a bug! Specifically with Keystone Escalation Behemoths, it seems.
We are currently talking internally about how to fix this for players asap. No solid update yet, but do know that we are aware and that we are working on fixing this unintended issue <3
Yeah, I was understanding that max gear would get full compensation so we could hop right back to the top. Now my Legendaries need me to retread Keystone farming? That is horrid. The grinding was tedious enough the first go around. Why did I grind and upgrade leading up to this?
I had the full Torg set and 3 max weapons. I get 3 Molten Morsels back for that?? T H R E E

Are you refrencing the "Mane Attraction" rumour quest? It has a 0 plat button on it, but that's a bug. We are removing it in 1.5.1. Skillbased quests were not intended to be skippable.

Commented elsewhere on the thread, but just for visibility: this is a bug with Keystone Behemoth parts in particular, and we are working on fixing it / making it right asap.
Yup, I had done tons of Shock escalations before to get many of my weapons and all the armor to +15.
After the patch, my weapons and armor are all reduced and I don't have anywhere near enough parts to bring it back up.
I have to run Shock escalation over and over again and kill Malkarion another hundred times because it looks like I will need 25+ Peerless Stormplate parts to get my armor and weapons back to what they were earlier today.
Missing Behemoth parts from the Capstone Escalation Behemoths is a bug -- we are working on it!
You mean it wasn't intended to be skippable for free. Here we are post 1.5.1 and you removed the 0 plat button and replaced it with an amount other than 0. You didn't "remove it" you just added a price tag.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I wasn't clear in my message.
"Skill checks" are not skippable for plat -- for example step 2 of the Mane Attraction rumour.
Other parts of that rumor are skippable with plat since they are not skill based.
