BF Can't recover account

So, my bf previously had Dauntless on his PS4 (got rid of it at some point) and now downloaded it to his Switch so we could play.

The problem is he doesn't remember what email he used for the EPIC games account, and there's literally no work around with tech support or even contacting for help since he NEEDS to sign in just to email them.

What is this?? We've done everything, and it feels like there's no way around to recover his account since he needs the email he doesn't remember he used. Has anyone else been having this issue? Anyone figure it out?
