So I just came back to the game (got full shrowd and reza armor + 3 exotics before I left) and I'm exited to check out the mastery system (which I really like btw) and the repeaters. I ask around the HUB and they tell me that some dude will give me a quest to get them but I've been grinding quests and nothing has popped up. Is this a known bug or do I gotta grind the few remaining quests for the reepater one to appear?

We are working on a fix which will come next week :}

While the fix will not be immediate, we have noted that your account is missing the Repeaters.
Sadly, I do not have an ETA for them to reappear on your account, but our team is working hard on getting this done sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, hang tight and keep an eye on our Twitter account. We'll update as soon as we have a solution.So it doesn't seem like they can do anything :(
Damn, unfortunately it seems the do not have to tools to grant the quest. Sorry for the misinformation, the repeaters quest will be available during the patch next week though :}
