[2020] Suggestion for the removed pursuits...BAIT!

Was looking for Winterhorn Skraev last night, and I was on an island that had him, but it never showed. So I jokingly did the worm emote in hopes of attracting it. Then it hit me...BAIT. How about being able to craft bait that we can bring to an island where the behe exists, and plant the bait at an aethervent that doesn't have a behe and attract the behe we need! That would be great! Who's with me?

Update based on feedback: You carry it like a potion, maybe up to 3 or 4. You go to an island where that behe is SUPPOSED to spawn. You go to an empty aethervent and plant it. A message goes out - "Slayer xyz planted a XXXX bait", and an icon appears like an event icon, so other players looking for that behe can participate.
