So yeah, I haven't been able to play Dauntless at all this evening/night when everything was perfectly fine 2 days ago.

Description of the events:

I could play fine 2 days ago. Yesterday I started getting this "Failed to retrieve your character's progression data" Error message after more and more hunts when it reached a point where I got it after about each and every hunt, making me having to go through 2 loading screens after each match. It was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, tonight, I not only still got that Error after each hunt but I also started getting it when I tried to login (or relog back in) to play. After a couple of tries I'd manage to finally get (back) into the game but with so much time wasted on loading screens I was rapidly losing patience. Finally, the final straw happened... Now it's every god damm time that I try to login that I get this stupid error so I cannot even play the game anymore.

Reproduction Steps: Open the game -> after "Logging into Dauntless" I click on the "Play" button -> (long) Loading screen -> Error message and back to main menu. This error would also happen after every single end-of-hunt screen (so during the loading screen which should bring me back to town after each hunt).

Operating System and specs: Windows 10 PC with RTX2070 + i7-8700K + 16GB of Ram.

What I tried (and obviously nothing succeeded in fixing my issue):
-Opened my firewall(s) to "Dauntless.exe" and "Dauntless-Win64-Shipping.exe".
-Opened the ports for Dauntless (8999-9999 and 5269).
-Turned off my antivirus.

I need help with this. Otherwise I'll simply uninstall as I cannot even play the game at all, at this point, and am extremely close to running out of patience.

We're actively trying to understand this issue. Some folks have reported it and a number of folks here are working on it. For about half the folks it's a wifi or router setup issue, which is weird as it historically worked a couple days prior. The other half looks like it may be something on our end. We're generally super confused by it because other people with identical progress are just fine and when we clone the accounts to test them, they often work.

If you y'all talk to someone having this issue. Please ask them to email support, each new account we see helps us get to the bottom of the issue.
