This is my Dauntless Art Competition submission! Its a wooden Pangar statue, about 9 1/2 inches tall and a foot wide. It was carved from a piece of oak, finished with Danish oil. I wanted to capture that moment when you first fight something as big as a Pangar. That sense of an enormous and awe inspiring beast, the "Holy Moly I have to fight THAT?" A "shattered" mind, a sense of wonder at the behemoth standing in front of you, I wanted to capture that amazement.

It took me about a week and a half, and I learned a lot while doing it. If people like it, I'll make another behemoth! (Though I'll probably just make another anyway, I liked how it turned out) Share your thoughts!
