[2019] Lost the cell I’ve been working on for a month, please help.

I’ve gotten basically no iceborn cells since the start, I finally saved up everyone I got to make a +3 just at the start of this hunt pass, today I went to switch it to an armor(it was on my Pangar hammer) and saw it wasn’t in the list.

I made the unfortunate mistake of removing the cell for my hammer hoping that would Let me put it on my armor, but nope, now it’s just gone period.

From everything I’ve read, phx isn’t returning these cells, what the actual f*ck? I pay for your hunt passes the least you can do is give me back the item I lost because the game has bugs. I’m not that concerned over the bugs them self but the inaction to fix the issue.

I wasted a ton of ace chips to get this cell maxed only to lose it after about 10 hunts. I’m kind of pissed. Is there any fix to this anyone’s found?
