[2022] Tragic echo/rage build for my kid who is terrible at dodging

What do people think? Any suggestions. My kid is only 7 but likes playing along side me on the switch. He hasn't really figured out dodging, so some of the more meta options like predator would be a waste on him. So I was considering using rage/parasitic to basically keep up the rage buff at all times. Tragic echo for extra uptime (and invulnerability). I've already carried him through to get the thrrax chainblades, so farming the rest shouldn't be too difficult.
