[2019] what to do about harassment?

i was in a game someone was being a troll nothing new. but this dude starts calling me the N word. so i tell them i'm of that ethnicity and they continue.even after the hunt i get whispers and said word was used two more time. my question is should i report them [will it matter if i do]. i was going to blast the dudes name on here but i thought that would be a little petty on my part. any help or advice would be appreciated.
