I contacted support because of an account linking issue, and after a couple of mails they tell me this:

As your receipt shows a date that precedes May 24th 2018 (April 26th 2017), this indicates that your account (and this Founder pack) has been wiped.

So now I lost the 80 Euros I paid for the founders pack and will also not be compensated. How should I proceed in this? They just can't steal my money. I paid fair and square, waiting for full release and now they just remove my things?

EDIT

so luckily there was a misunderstanding. It was indeed progression that was wiped. They transfered it back to my account. I was really scared there for a moment because my experience with epic isn't all that great.
