So I was playing Dauntless on my Switch, having a good time. Doing battles, having fun with random people killing the same monster, getting loot, the usual I'd assume with the game. I notice that my name, wasn't there. The one I typed in wasn't there at all. So I'm going to see if there's anywhere in the options to get anything with my name changed from fortacc271. Nothing, absolutely nothing is seen. So, I go to report it as a bug, and then I decide to write up an email. I talk to one guy, he's not helpful, and then I get sent to another guy, who's telling me the information, for my account, is sensitive. When they forced my account to go under an email, I have no access to. He just keeps telling me, the same stuff for two emails that I need to prove that it's me, despite giving my support code, and showing everything I possibly could for the account. And so, here I am, extremely petty, talking about it on a reddit post. Because apparently some people can't just change a name for an account that they made for me. |:C

Hey there, u/Impossible-Koala-656 sorry to hear that, this sounds rough. Can you please give your support ticket number either in message or here. It should be safe to do so as long as it's just the number. I can look into it, discuss how we can move forward and we'll respond in the ticket itself. Thanks!

It looks like we didn't get it, I suspect you're in touch with Epic support rather than Dauntless support which explains the ticket number.

In this case, when it comes to Nintendo accounts, they would be the correct people to contact as the link issue would be between Nintendo and Epic.
