[2019] Path of the Slayer - Issues Update

Hello Everyone,

Following our update to OB 0.7.1, we've discovered some unexpected changes to Slayer gear and cells. We are currently following user reports and looking into these issues.

Here you will find all of our updates relating to the 0.7.1 account data transfer. We will be updating the topics below as more information comes in, or they are resolved. Thanks for your patience.

• Gear level is too low: Certain pieces of gear are lower level than expected after the update. This issue primarily affects Slayers who had late-game Maelstrom gear or leveled-up repeaters barrels. We are planning to credit affected Slayers with enough Arcstone to bring their gear back up to par. We don't currently have an ETA on when this will happen, but we'll update here as soon as we do.
• Guild Charter refunds: Some Slayers who owned or purchased a Guild Charter did not receive their 1,000 platinum refund. The platinum is granted to your account automatically. If it is still missing please contact support!
• Cell slot changes: Certain pieces of gear now have different cell slots than expected. We are hunting down affected weapons and armour so that they can be rebalanced in a future patch.
• Missing cells: Some slotted cells have returned to your inventory. Some Slayers have reported that they are missing cells that they used to own, or can only view them at the Middleman. We are currently looking into this.
• Missing prisms: Some prisms have been removed from the game and replaced by equivalent weapon mods. The prisms affected were:
  • Windrunner Prism changed to Lightweight Frame
  • Duelist Prism changed to Extraction Catalyst
  • Sharpshooter Prism changed to Precision Sights
• Gear Perks: Some gear now has a new perk. We switched armour from have a two +1 perks that don’t scale to a single perk that scales to +3 (at armour +10). This should allow for more concentrated builds to be made, but we are always open to your feedback regarding this update!
