[2020] Founder Tier Questions

So I've been snooping around and noticed I don't have the "Recruit" title anymore and found out I also was supposed to have the "Hero" title too (I've been away for about 1-2 years and recently started playing again during the beginning of Aetherpunk).

Are we supposed to lose those titles or is it just something I gotta contact Phoenix Labs about so they can slap my account until it looks better?

Sending a support ticket asking about them is the best way to go about it. I can now be a newbie forever with the Recruit title, yeyeyeye.
