[2019] Problems Linking to Switch

Hello! I am a PS4 player, but trying to link our Switch to my account. Dauntless website keeps telling me that my email address is not listed for an account, despite being logged into the site with that email as my account. Where can I see what email address dauntless has listed? I get emails from them all the time. Why can't it locate me? Any suggestions?
