Since the servers went down early, some slayers didn't get the chance to grind out their last Hunt Pass 4 levels.
If you bought the elite track, you will receive the rewards you missed out on! This is an early anncoument and more detailed will come at a later time <3
There is currently no ETA.

Unfortunately, we cannot give the rewards to everyone who claims they would have bought the pass :{
This sounds like no matter what your progress was on the Elite Pass at the time servers went down, you'll get all 50 levels of rewards?

Hi so I just bought the timely.manner pass and it isn't showing up at all on my PSN.
The store is under maintenance. This affects items showing up, but they should return once maintenance is over <3
