Serious quotation: What was confusing about "hand in" quests? Aren't we still losing the items we're now "gather and donating" so isn't it the same thing?
Not quite - the remaining "gather and donate" is only for quest-specific unique items. Handing in things like Aetherhearts (the most common confusion/compliant), Trials Marks, currencies etc. are all being removed.
And yep while I'm sure lots of the more seasoned folks understand the process here, this was a common point of feedback, support tickets etc. so something we wanted to clean up.
