External link →I've used it a bunch, but it is a counter to builds that require more locks on something, like the overclock that will explode on 3 or more locks.
Functionally it makes sure you're not wasting any of your locks on something that can be killed with less. It's fairly situational and up to personal preference and playstyle whether it works for you or not.
