[2019] Still waiting for update 24 on Xbox, developer update?

I understand that there is a certification process and everything but it's never (that I remember) taken this long for an update to get to Xbox. After a month I've almost lost excitement for the update at this point, just hoping for some information from the developers if possible on what's going on.
