@Matthew01067368 We've located the error - it should be fixed once the update is submitted and accepted. A bit unsure about the actual process, but we have our best dwarves on it.
@GuardianXsun It's a bug. We've located it and it will be included in the next update. Not sure about the timing, but hopefully it will be soon and fast.
@ser20011 @Matthew01067368 First hotfix is in the works. Languages require full certification and won't be until we've fixed the most critical launch issues.
@MartinKi1337 The server list showing the wrong regions will be fixed in the upcoming hotfix, so it should be possible to join people directly through that.
@XUndeadPotheadX What is the brand and model of the TV? We're trying to figure out why that happens. We suspect it's on TVs that's not running HDMI 2.1.
@blacktriggerire Might be due to some network desync. Some people are having luck with rebooting both consoles. You might be able to join through the server list too. Also, some games might be in a state where you can't join and will get an error (like the end part of a mission).
First hotfix have been deployed on PlayStation, and should be available anytime soon.
Fixed:
- Crash caused by impatient dwarves spamming X on the start screen
- Serverlist pretending every game is in the US
- US players not getting the sign-on bonus from Starter/Ultimate DLC
@Profileiche Not all bugs apply to all players, but bugs can still be common for all games with network functionality, and share the same solutions as those linked.
@ichbinalbaneer @WOffiziel @deetopiansky That wasn't part of the hotfix. You should be able to find their game in the serverlist if it's open and available.
