Good news: it's with great relief that we can tell you that we're currently processing payment back to you, and all other UK backers, who were charged extra fees to receive their copy of the game.
We’ve been terribly frustrated about ending our first worldwide fulfillment with such a chaotic delivery for the UK. Sorry that you had to experience this, and thanks for your patience with us as we sorted this out. You can expect the refunded money to be at your disposal within 2 weeks.
This whole thing has been a big learning experience for us, and we're doing our best to make sure this bad experience is only ever a one-off thing. We've teamed up with some international logistics specialists to help us smooth out this process, and you can expect better communication about that from us in the future.
On behalf of the entire MOOD Publishing team, we're really sorry that you experienced this delivery situation, and all the confusion and frustration it caused. We're sad this episode cast a shadow over a project we've put so much time, energy, and passion into.
