[2019] Windows 10 version will not launch

Rock and stone brothers,

Having a bit of trouble with the windows 10 version of this game. I was having some lag issues so I uninstalled and reinstalled this from the windows store, and now the game won't launch.

Simply it says "this app can't open"

Everything was working fine before this, everything else on my pc works fine. I even tried a clean install of windows. Same issue.

Any ideas?

Pc is gigabyte aero 15 WA 16gb ram Intel i7 9750 Rtx 2060 6 gb

I have updated windows and all drivers.

I'd you have any ideas please help, I'd love to try this new update!
