[2020] Very interested in this game from what I see but have a couple of questions if you guys don't mind?

I'd like to get this because it looks lovely and everyone who's played it has good things to say. However, money is tight and I have to make sure if I manage to scrape some together to spend it on the right game!

First off, what's the server infrastructure like? Is there some sort of public matchmaking, or a server browser, are the servers regional, are you free to hop in and out of games or is every instance hosted by one of the participants?

And finally, my computer is relatively old (i7 960 previous generation, 1050ti, 12GB ram) will I be able to consistently run this game @ 120fps with low settings? This is an important one because for me the apparent smoothness and well optimised engine is a major plus.
