[2019] I'm stuck progressing and require some basic help. I've been at this level for some time now and it never seems to advance. I've completed more complex missions as a test. Do I need to unlock all the weapon mods before I can hit 12? Can ya help a noob out?

Sorry to hear you got stuck! Maybe this is something we can improve the visibility of, so others don't end up like you - we definitely want people to promote their characters so they can keep progressing. :D
