[2023] Question about the Board game

So I'm about to pre-order the board game and I have to know. does the deluxe edition come with plastic or cardboard tokens, because I'm getting mixed responses from people saying both the standard and deluxe editions come with cardboard tokens, or only the standard edition comes with cardboard tokens. mostly cause I prefer plastic over cardboard and need to know if I have to buy the plastic token add-on if I'm getting the deluxe edition.
