[2019] Cannot host Hazard 4 games...

..., I can only join them. I do not see the Hazard 4 assignment on the assignment board. I only see the assignment for hazard 5, but when I want to start ist, it says I do not meet its requirements. Which I guess means I have do the assignment for hazard 4 first.

This may also be important: I started the assignment for hazard 4 a while ago, but the missions proved to be to hard for me, then. So I quit the assignment. Ever since, I cannot see it on the assignment board.

Any ideas?
