Are thre any hidden mic settings? my mic works in discord, games like MWO and Pubg without any screwing around.... but in DRG my mic is so faint that people can only hear me if i yell, and they turn off the game sound on their end.
so the mic works, im just so low it might as well not be working.
Anyone have a solution here?

i really wish the devs would give us some settings sliders, or have it pick up off the windows settings. maybe u/GSG_Jacob or one of the others devs can help
I think the sound sliders are b0rked or at the very least suboptimal. I haven’t heard of issues that severe though. Be aware that the current Windows Update seems to break in-game voice chat in DRG, possible something to do with the Unreal engine.
I sure hope you can give us something, as deep dives really really need voice.... plus the social aspect when a team talks make it so much more fun.
Only thing I'm currently aware of is the Audio sliders being a bit weird, and not reflecting the actual change, but it's a different issue than yours. Did you by any chance update your Windows 10 within the last week or so?
Unsure, but I’ve always had this problem. Even with different types of headsets. Old one was a generic, newer is a Corsair wireless that uses a USB dongle.
We use discord when I’m with people I know.
I keep trying the windows mic settings, but there really isint much there.
Is There a text settings file maybe?
Is it the same computer?
Have you played other Unreal Engine games with voice chat?
