[2021] Having trouble with Unions

I need some help/advice regarding Unions. I had a lot of trouble joining one and now I can’t see the Union board - it’s reverted back to the PSA board.

I have joined the Discord server, Discord is connected to Steam, and when I run the game I also run the Discord desktop app. Neither Steam nor Discord is beinng run as administrator.

It took me maybe a dozen different restarts of the game and exits/rejoins of the Discord to get the Unions board to work in the first place, and the very next time that I started the game it reverted back to the PSA screen. No amount nor combination of exiting the game/Steam/Discord/server and rejoining the Discordserver seems to fix it.

Is there something that I’m overlooking or doing incorrectly here? It seems like Discord isn’t connecting to the game and I can’t figure out why. Help me, Karl, you’re my only hope...
