Am I the only person getting fed up with twitter links on reddit? It makes a thumbnail I can't hover over and see, the post is a short line of twitter crap text, and then a link I can't see unless I go over to twitter. I'm on reddit. I'm not here to read shit on twitter. Just post a gif or a video here.
Reddit have/has had a lot of issues accepting the videos, so it's been Twitter links for a while, as this is the easiest. At least I'm not pointing towards the Facebook post.
Edit: Also, I can post more text on Twitter to go with the video. Coming up with this stuff ain't easy, ya know.
I hate to post about it at all because it's not a problem on your end at all. I love how responsive your team is and the great work you're doing. If anything it's a complaint directed toward Reddit.
The amount of text you posted with the link was fine. It was enough for me to figure out that it was an upgrade and I wanted to see it! Often times in other corners of reddit the text is very vague and I dont know what I'd be clicking over to.
You guys are awesome. Keep doing what you're doing. I just dont know how best to bring this problem to Reddit's attention.
