The event popped up when I got in my single player lobby but I immediately joined a multiplayer lobby and now I can't claim the hat, how do I fix this?
The buttons do nothing but remove the popup. You should have the hat.
Awesome! Quick question, whenever I find that golden bunny thing in a mission my dwarf says something along the lines of "Terrain scanner updated", but I haven't found anything else on the maps, is it just a random line or is there something new like when you find a lost helmet?
It just makes it appear on the scanner.
Does every mission have a rabbit to find? It seems like the majority of mine do but there's the occasional one I never get the notification about it. I wasn't sure if I just missed a spot on those maps or if it just doesn't spawn sometimes.
Yes. If you hear a message that something has been added to the scanner you have been near it and it shows up as a blue rabbit on the map. It might be stuck in the ground, so it can be partially hidden from sight.
