For me I have inserted 3 keys (Fishhook, Butterfly and Handlock key) into my mysterious box on two characters. Last patch Ada didn't have any additional dialogue for me and did not grant me the key mold. After today's update, still no key mold on either character.
Should I delete Mysterious Box on one character and start over?

We just issued a server-side fix to allow it to be picked up on all characters. Let me know if you are still having issues.
