This seriously happened last night. I logged on, and in the process of going through my inventory I tabbed to my consumables section and my jaw just about hit the floor. An entire stack of Solstice Key Fragments, almost 2000 of them, just magically disappeared. All that hard work grinding those over the course of four entire weeks, gone in an instant. Thanks Bungo.
