[2021] Since vanguard/strikes now have a similar reputation system as crucible and Gambit, can we get (or are we going to get) vanguard double / triple XP weeks?

Yes.

Boosts have all been streamlined to 2x for the full week. Vanguard will have 2x weeks in the future.
