[2019] Spare rations farming broke gambit prime.

Load into any gambit prime all you get are people either standing around, moving erratically, or mildly trying. Then when one team gets primevil up NO ONE KILLS IT. It's like the entire community got a memo to run out the clock on GP matches. It's unplayable.
