[2020] Bungie please change the “Power Rising” (Super Saiyan) emote to loop in its charge-up stance until user input cancels.

I want to LOVE it, but rn it’s not the over-9000 it should be! You’ve changed emotes in the past to be looped, so please make this one, small change.
