[2019] Is Xbox servers still down?? has the update been pushed out yet?

Bungie says the servers are back up but I’ve been refreshing my Xbox for the past 45 mins, I reset the Xbox and my internet but nothing. Everytime I try to log onto destiny it says “servers are down try Bungie.help”... is anyone else experiencing this on Xbox or am I just screwed. Thank you everyone

Edit: thank you everyone for replying and yup Bungie is screwing Xbox players. 3 hours of extra maintenance to fix what exactly???
