[2020] Bungie, all we want is a yes or no answer: will we be able to transmog armour from collections?

I’m well aware transmog isn’t finished yet and probably won’t be in game too soon - however, this a question we need an answer to. Right now, I have no idea whether I should dismantle good looking armour that I can’t pull out of the collections, or keep it so I can transmog it when transmog is added. An answer to this question in the next few weeks would be very helpful to the community.
