I ordered the $250 Collector's Edition with game code, it was not in the shipping box, as I teardown boxes, store support has not responded in over a week, am I going to have to buy the season (again) from the console store or risk waiting for a response that may never come?

Edit: it is for the PS5 version

Update: I guess I'm just going to eat it as a loss, I don't have the energy anymore to deal with non customer service

Hello. When you submitted your ticket, did you include “PS5” or “PlayStation” in the title? If not, try to submit a new ticket with that in mind. I know that the agents are prioritizing tickets mentioning those terms. If you don’t receive a response within 48 hours, send me your ticket number and I’ll get it to someone who can review it.
