[2020] One exotic cipher per season seems too little for people who missed multiple season exotics. They should ideally be a rare drop in nightfalls too, as being limited to one old exotic per season due to timegating seems irritating when grinding them out should be an alternative.

While I understand that "oh you shouldve got them when they came out" some people are new, and if every other exotic is readily obtainable from the loot pool and from Xur or from raids, these are timegated in such a poor way.
