[2019] Why do random world drops still drop from Banshee?

I just dropped around 7k gunsmith materials to try and get a better erentil roll and yet I didn’t get a single one. Sure got a lot of misfits, dukes and tons of other legendary weapons that drop regularly in the world.

Seriously, why does this continue to happen? If Banshee is going to keep dropping random legendaries in his loot poll then maybe his exclusive guns should then become world drops.

I just want a different erentil roll bungo.
