Interface

  • df_p0_01 and df_p0_02 now have thumbnails in Custom Game (recent unreported change)
  • In Custom Game, Team Deathmatch has been added as a mode

HUD

  • When you have the console open while being in the HUD editor, your WASD and arrow keys no longer move the selected HUD element
  • In the HUD editor it is now possible to define certain Accent box corners to be round and others to be straight by changing the Corner Bitmask value (negative numbers are also accepted)
  • In the HUD editor it is now possible to set stroke width on the static icon elements
  • The default size of the static icons has been slightly increased - check if you need to adjust them if you have a custom HUD
  • In Duel the Ally and Enemy scores (at the top by default) now work correctly again
  • The Duel’s final scoreboard shows the correct player scores at the top
  • In multi round modes the score is now updated when the round ends, not when the next round begins
  • Performance improvement

Sounds

  • The 2d volume of the Diabotical music has been reduced by 25%
  • The radius of the Diabotical music has been reduced by 10%

Gameplay

  • Powerups now only rotate in Brawl
  • Team Deathmatch is a 3v3 mode where the objective is to get the largest amount of frags during the allotted time. Weapons take 15 seconds to respawn, players do not drop health when they die unlike in Brawl

Maps

  • df_p0_01 has been updated
  • df_p0_02 has been updated
  • tdm_alchemy has been updated, the teleporter next to red has been removed, the weapon9 has been removed, the blue armor has been replaced with 5 armor shards, the middle yellow armor has been replaced with a blue armor, the textures in the mega room have changed from blue to green

Editor

  • The city_floatingplatform prop has been added
  • The med_closed_door_01 prop has been updated so that the bar extends to the doorframe
  • The prop invisible_box_corner has been added, which is an invisible_box but with the pivot point on a corner instead of in the center - this can be useful for some situations where it’s easier to align the corner with a surface and only having to resize in 3 directions instead of 6
