Interface

  • The UI backend transition from Coherent GT to Coherent Gameface has happened, this was a big undertaking that has taken some time. Its goal is to improve the performance of the UI/Game however the work is not fully finished yet as there are some performance issues and some UI aspects that still need work
  • The Tournaments menu has been renamed to Events
  • The FOV converter button is now more clearly indicated, though the image can still be clicked
  • The Menu Framecap option is now displayed in the videos settings
  • The Framecap option now has a bar in addition to the value field
  • You can now press the black triangle under the bars of the Master audio volume bar, the Framecap, the Menu Framecap to reset to the default value
  • In Custom Game there is now a 16 minute time limit option

HUD

  • Because of the Gameface transition and some changes to the HUD elements you will need to click the Reset HUD button in the HUD editor for it to look correct
  • The arrow keys and WASD are no longer captured as element movements when you have a property field of an element selected
  • The currently selected HUD element now has a yellow border
  • The clone and surface buttons now have icons
  • For the moment the color pickers don’t have transparency support
  • The Armor and HP bars now have now segmeneted corner bitmask, segmented corner radius properties
  • Fixed issues preventing the second color of a HUD element with multiple color options from being changed
  • It is now possible to change the background color of the Dashboard
  • It is now possible to set the opacity of the G-Meter

Visual changes

  • The flag model now has lights surrounding it to make it more visible

Editor

  • For the time being to see any entities in the editpad’s Add menu you will have to first search for something
  • There is currently an issue with how names of entities are displayed in the editpad’s Add menu
  • Fixed issue causing some mouse actions on the editpad interface to be discarded when multithreaded input is enabled
  • There is now a longer accepted interval between 2 clicks to count as a double click on the editpad
  • invisible_opaque_box and invisible_opaque_box_corner were added which are props that share the same model with invisible_box but are opaque instead of semi-transparent when the editpad is selected in case it helps with placing them
