[2023] How Do I Generate Culture?

I have a town setup with my homestead just outside its influence circle. I want to generate some culture as to increase the influence around my homestead. My Town Center building says its generating 0 culture. Tried putting generic furniture in there and still 0. Also not seeing furniture that specifically generates culture.
