So I'm travelling for the holidays, but still wanted to play eco and make sure my store keeps stocked. I went to load up Eco on my laptop and it had me start creating a new avatar. I got through that, and am unable to join the server I've been playing due to no ping being received from it, despite multiple other people being able to join and disconnect and rejoin it. Thoughts?
External link →Try to find the server in the main lists (like New Beginners) and not the server browser, we heard of this weird problem a few times but aren't able to reproduce it so far. The creation of a new avatar is expected, they are saved locally. You will always keep the avatar you joined a server with and then be able to change it via a dresser on that server.

Will this be brought into steam cloud sync at some point, along with your recent servers list?
I unfortunately don't have information about that currently. It might be an option for those purposes, while it isn't for local save games, given they are server worlds.
