Yes, we unfortunately do not plan any specific multi-screen support. But I do actually not have issues with scaling, unreadability or too much UI on a 48" 4K screen myself, if that is what you meant by "big".
I'll note that down for suggestion, but I can't guarantee that it will happen. I unfortunately don't have the blur either. We generally have a bit small text on some things, like the coordinates at the map, but those are still well readable for me, but I did hear other people including with normal screensizes have issues with those.
