That already exists via the storage tab where you can determine the linked storage options something will get taken from or placed in. If you look at that tab, you'd see that vehicle.

I'm not sure what you mean? Laws of settlements cannot affect the client ui to change what storages are displayed, nor can they override your personal settings on what storages are linked.

That's why you check the storage tab first and determine where your purchase is supposed to go to.
